After Closing Hours Space Use

If using The Center after closing hour of 9:00 pm, there is a donation requirement.  For the first 15 minutes, it is suggested $10.  Anything after 9:16 pm, it is suggested $20 charge per hour to have a Center’s personnel on hand which is required.

Setup and Breakdown Suggested Amounts

Table set up charge:              $5.00 per table
Table break down charge:   $5.00 per table
Chair set up charge:              $5.00 per 10 chairs
Chair break down charge:   $5.00 per 10 chairs

Kitchen   $25.00 to use the kitchen is required prior to use.  If the kitchen is not left in as good as or better condition than when found, then there will be an additional $10 charge.  Catering available upon request.

**  A deposit of 50% of your donation is required to reserve a meeting space no later than three weeks in advance.  Balance due on or before event occurs.
