Why does it matter?

Your "being in THE CENTER of it all" is vital to the continuing existence of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Community Center of Central Florida. The Center is the only unifying force in Central Florida for all types of organizations: service, social, and religious organizations, political action, and various non-profits, all working for the GLBT community and beyond.

We value our GLBT members, our straight allies and friends, and the many businesses and non-profit organizations that support the efforts of The Center. We encourage you to participate on our Board of Directors, as a committee member, or a volunteer at The Center. Your involvement is what keeps our doors open!

How could my company benefit?

Advertising is key to the existence of every business. Supporting The Center through a business membership puts your business name on the GLBTCC's website, which receives over 75,000 hits per month. Of these hits, 8,000 are unique visitors each month, and 13,000 go directly to the business listings. Since October of 2007, there have been over 500,000 visitors to the website. You can have a direct link from our website to yours! Additionally, over 500 people utilize The Center's facilities each month and will see your business cards and advertisements. As The Center grows, so does your business!

So how do I join?

Becoming a member of The Center is easy! You can click on "JOIN NOW" on this page, or you can become a member by completing a membership brochure at The Center and giving it to a representative along with your membership fee.

Please note that all membership prices are quoted on an annual basis.

Individual: $35.00

Discounts on selected Center-sponsored events
Discount on use of The Center's gathering space and library
Discount at select area businesses

Family: $45.00

Same benefits as those of an individual membership, but for all members of a specific family (living at the same address)

Student / Senior Citizen: $25.00

Same benefits as those of an individual membership
Current student identification required for students
Senior memberships offered to those 60 years and over
